Alternatively, some hypotheses suggest Władysław Opolczyk as the builder in the years 1370-1391, to strengthen the border's defense against the military expedition of Władysław Jagiełło. It likely consisted of a masonry defensive tower located on a limestone rock and the adjacent wooden economic buildings, surrounded by an earthen rampart and a moat.
Despite its short period of use, after which the abandoned watchtower began to fall into ruin, its remnants spark the interest of both historians and tourists.
